Congress? No. I never had that impression. However, I do know that this government has full knowledge of specific individuals who carried out these illegal directives. In this recent story about Christine O'Donnell, the IRS actually admits it:

Former GOP Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell told her tax records were breached

So yes, as a taxpayer, I am demanding indictments. Because without them, this case goes nowhere.

Let me rephrase the question, now that we’ve agreed Congress can’t indict anyone.

The Obama/Holder regime - do you think they will indict anyone after Issa’s committee makes criminal referrals?

To cut to the chase, I have no doubt that this ultimately leads to Obama in concert with Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod, Rahm Emmanuel, et al.

Those three banditos have executive privilege. They won’t merely CLAIM it, they do have it.

Obama?? Impeachment is the only way of getting to him. Have to show probable cause in a House trial (like a grand jury) and the Senate must convict and remove from office (like a jury).

What are the odds.

I’m not telling anyone to not call for indictments. It’s empty, with all the bad people in power, though. You are welcome to call for it, anyway.

I’m just weighing in on the reality of Rush’s “Realville, USA”.
