You don’t have to agree with me but this is a regime, a conspiracy between the white hut, the spinate, the judicial, the unions, bureaucrats and many of the rhinos all against traditional United States values and the Constitution. It is a silent but very active coup. They have the power. It is like having elected Stalin to the white hut and he is using his interpretation of the law just the way he wants to and there is nobody to stop him.
I think it might be a tool. The power is in desuetude, but maybe it can be revived as a check and balance on the executive power. I mean, right now, the executive is ignoring Congress.Even if the Republicans take the senate back, this will continue to be the case.
