Some weeks ago when Hull first came into view there was an order from congress to the IRS to preserve the computer records of several IRS lawyers. It would take some time to go back and find the article, but I’m sure it is out there.
That doesn’t mean that the “smoking gun email” is part of that order, but perhaps it is.
The thing about emails like this is that the originator can delete the email, but how is anyone sure that the recipients haven’t saved copies? If George has heard rumors of a smoking gun email, it is very likely that someone, somewhere has a copy. Someone likely saved a copy for their CYA file.
I hope you are right. I am getting a little tired of the pace of all of these investigations. The house should just defund the IRS until the truth comes out...better yet...permanently...lol.
