Carter Hull - 48 year IRS employee.....lawyer at the exempt office? and Liz Hofacre will be testifying.
Liz claims she was assigned to Tea Party exempt applications in April 2010. She said she was told to coordinate with Mr. Carter Hull. He gave draft letters to send to the applicants.
Said it was highly unusual process for the draft letter process - looked at it as micromanagement of the process.
Expressed concerns/frustrations and applied for transfer. Had 40-60 cases assigned to her when she left in October.
