I would prefer to deregulate the insurance industry so that insurers can charge a higher automobile insurance premium to the pool of drivers who are too stupid to wear seat-belts on their own without a law.
it is when people get old that the health care costs skyrocket. people in their 80’s , 70’s etc are always in the hospital . you and your “We shold do something” , “we” collectivism would leave the free maerket alone “your” insuracnce would be lower because the “idiots” as you named them would not wear seat belts and then they would die young and not cost “You” nor “we” any money as only when allowed to live to 70 will they cost anything.
