Isn't she married to a lawyer? It'll be really interesting to find out who he is and the back story once their identity becomes known.

SYG was obviously not part of the case.
She seems like an activist.
Perhaps her husband/advisors told her that not guilty was the best outcome, since it would cause unrest that could be exploited.

Well, there’s always Jury Nullification.

again, not a SYG case, a self-defense case.
Explain how retreat was possible with someone on top of you pummeling your head into the concrete?
Good God even the juror proves ignorant.

I didn’t think Stand Your Ground was even invoked in Z’s defense.

Alternately, it could be her building plausible deniability for herself before her identity is eventually revealed.
The "good juror" is less likely to be harassed and targeted.

Considering the content of all these 'interviews', I'm beginning to suspect (again) that this lady is a plant.
OR... that this is like RACHEL/DEE DEE. The real B-37 is in seclusion, and the AIRWAVES B-37 is a government operative.

How can she possibly base her decision on “stand your ground”.
It was a pure unadulterated case of self defense.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
I bet she’s saying this so she can save face in her neighborhood.probably read all the death threats to her and the other jurors and wants to be able to go back in her neighborhood without being killed

Stand Your Ground was not part of this case. Lay On The Ground And Get Your Head Bashed In was.

She’s getting all snotty now that her book deal fell through.

Now may be the time to put in place laws forbidding jurors from talking about their trials, on pain of fines and prison terms.

I wonder if this woman wants endless fame, book deals, movies, a TV series, magazine articles, speeches and a White House invitation? If so I’m sure she can be presented with a pre-drafted declaration demonstrating juror misconduct sufficient to get a new trial!

My faith in American stupidity has been restored.
Over the past few years I have begun withholding empathy and sympathy from liberals I know who have been victims of criminals.
It really fries 'em, and never occurs to them that I am only returning their attitude about my right of self defense.

SYG wasn't invoked. Besides, you can't very well retreat when flat on your back and straddled with an MMA style of punching pummeling your head into the concrete. It is defend yourself or die. Fortunately, Zim had a means of defense. He did call for help multiple times before Trayvon discovered the gun.

"She wanted to find him guilty of something but couldn't because of the law. The way the law was written, he wasn't responsible for (negligent) things that he had done leading up to that point,"
She should realize that this isn't an issue that relates to how the self-defense laws, this is because the prosecutors did not want to charge GZ with the substantially lessor charge of Negligent Homicide. Ironically, the prosecution was essentially arguing negligence, but then trying to hold GZ accountable for murder. I don't buy either argument, but it seems the jury would probably have found GZ guilty of negligent homicide if the PA had included it. IMHO, they deliberately left it out to try to force the jurors to convict on a more serious charge.

..just rooters muddying the waters keeping the masses confused. I’m sure buy now this juror knows the difference between the two

By the end of the week she will be appearing at a press conference with Jasmine Rand and the Scheme Teamers calling for the jury verdict to be overturned.
