Where is "marriage" in the Constitution?
How about Mordor-on-the-Potomac get out of the issue of marriage altogether?

The federal government has had to be involved in it’s own definition of marriage since the Continental congress first legislated on it in 1780.

Where is "marriage" in the Constitution? The ultimate stated purpose of the document:
"To secure the Blessings of Liberty to Posterity."
If there's no real marriage, there can be no Posterity, much less a Posterity that is Blessed.
