US-made pans are still around, thank God. I have a great set of Lodgeware, all made in the USA. Good stuff!

It tells you how inexpensive it is to make metal castings and extrusions, though. ;-)

I just bought a set of Lodgeware, too. Nothin’ cooks like cast iron! I lost some pans in a recent move, so I was on the lookout. I found a number of pans made by a company called Tramontina at Tuesday Morning; I got a couple of saucepans. I’m set and Made in AMERICA. ;)
