You are probably correct. A friend who used to be a doctor for one of the 3 letter intel groups, said that the implants, multiple microscopic transponders were inserted via the penis. Their final end organ targets were the inner lining of the penis, their prostate gland and testicles. He said the only way to remove all of the micro transponders was a total removal all male sex organs.
The operations were done after the Gitmo Islamos went to sleep. Our docs used Versed IV*, which causes amnesia before the iv, during the procedure and afterwards. So they Gitmo Islamos have no recall until they are back home and use a cell phone or meet with their buds. Then, Kaboom!
