A lot of PG county is rural and on wells. Those that are not on the WSSC (DC water utility) should be OK thankfully.
But for the 100’s of thousands in the more urban or suburban areas will be in trouble.
Yes, and it will be much hotter in urban areas. When we lose power, we lose the use of our well, but we are surrounded by woods. It makes a big difference.
