Ben Kruidbos, Corey's former director of information technology, was fired after testifying at a pre-trial hearing on June 6 that prosecutors failed to turn over potentially embarrassing evidence extracted from Martin's cell phone to the defense, as required by evidence-sharing laws. That there be obstruction of justice, a felony.
If anyone can force Scott to prosecute, Corey will be staying at the Graybar Hotel.

If anyone can force Scott to prosecute Pretty big if. Not being in tune with local Florida politics, I'm just guessing, but I can't see that happening. Start digging and it will show Scott's hands are dirty here. Without him this case would never have happened. Corey may be incompetent, corrupt and overreaching, but she got her marching orders from Scott's office.

He’s the one who appointed her to do it.
He’s getting off Scott free, pardon the pun.
No one even mentioning it oh his FB page. No angry comments, etc.

That is the problem; Corey and Scott are on the same team. Scott, Bondi, and Corey make up the unholy trio.
