There have been a few cases like this around the country. Clearly they are hate crimes. I expect all laws to be applied to these cases. We can debate about the wisdom of hate crime laws, but, these laws are on the books. It’s a hate crime when black youth attack whites because they are white, as surely as it would be if whites attack blacks because they are black.
