Yes exactly. Neither of Martin’s parents came off as believable to me on that issue.
Especially Sabrina Fulton. She came off to me as an angry black woman with a chip the size of the universe on her shoulder, and as someone who was prepared to say whatever she had to in order to achieve their desired result.
I really have a hard time understanding this. Seeing Zimmerman jailed is not going to bring her son back, so why lie? Why not let the evidence tell its story and let justice be served?
She is a woman motivated by pure vengeance, and it is written all over her face.
She is going to have to carry the weight of her own fury, wrath, hate and desire for revenge the rest of her life, and that is a very heavy burden indeed.
