Come to think about it, I've never seen a computer sold that wasn't in admin mode. I'm always coming across people using their computer in admin mode, without secondary login accounts or screen locks, which I then set up for them and teach them proper usage. This guy should sue every computer manufacturer. P.S. It's not only porn; a friend is addicted to movies and has illegally downloaded thousands of them (non-porn general movies). Yes it is always up to the owner to set up user accounts and your right many people never do.
Of course if you are always logged in as administrator it leaves the computer wide open to viruses and Trojans.

If your friend is getting his movies from a file sharing site he probably has downloaded hundreds of viruses/Trojans/worms.
You should try Ubuntu, then.
It's picky about admin mode. E.g., I wanted to be root, but VLC wouldn't run as root. No movies. That would be bad. So, I had to sed getuid to getpid to fix it.
