To the race baiters guilt or innocence as members of Western Civilization would see it is irrelevant. For them it is all about tribal justice which is rather a different prơsition. One of Them damaged one of Us and revenge must be taken. When members of the tribe damage one another then revenge is a family responsibility. Unfortunately the family is not a viable institution in the black community so there is no justice at all for members of the tribe damaging other members of the tribe. Sometimes the greater society which is composed of a different tribe exacts its own perverse vengeance on members of the tribe for their depredations against each other and that, too, is wholly UNjust to the tribe and its members because the vengeance takers have no stake- are outsiders and therefore are oppressing the tribe.
