“...perceived politicization...”

Funny part of interpreting those statistics is the number of violent crimes committed by black people, who make up 15 percent of the population compared to the percentage of violent crimes committed by white people who make up 60 percent or so. When looked at like that, blacks not only commit more violent crimes on blacks, but they commit more violent crimes on everyone else, with growing competition from Hispanics. One need only look at racial percentages in our prisons to understand how lopsided it is. Some will look at that and say that is because of racial profiling, and others will look at it and correctly determine it’s a reason for racial profiling.

Per the US 2010 Census, “White or European Americans” are 72.4% of the population, “Black or African Americans” are 12.6% and “Hispanics or Latinos” are 16.4%.

“Due to rounding the numbers exceed 100%.”

The wiki article goes on to further break down the different groups, for example those with bog trotter roots like meself make up 10.8% of the US population.

Aside from their cooking I don’t think the Irish are particularly criminally inclined.
