BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police say there have been 24 shootings in the city so far this year, double the number there had been this time in 2012. The most recent shootings occurred just before 11 a.m. Tuesday. A 17-year-old girl was fatally shot and a 19-year-old man was wounded as they sat in a pickup truck in an alley.
