Translation: The Legislature determined that abortion clinics were medical clinics and demanded they obey the rules for medical clinics.
The NC legislature is going through the same mechanations, with the usual suspects thumping their chests over the fallout.
I don't know that much about it, but ....Sez me, if liberals - particularly liberal feminists - don't like a piece of legislation, it's probably OK in my book. Hopefully our governor will realize that the people screaming loudly about it will never vote for him anyway, and will have the spine to sign it.
