That was my take, too. Bib Sis leaving is something to do with Snowden. I am still up in the air about Snowden. Some suggest it was to send info to Russia from Obummer via Snowden, and Snowden is just an Obummer mule. But I believe Snowden is young and idealistic and did something heroic for the good of the nation. I read somewhere a Professor has nominated Snowden for the Nobel Peace Prize. Such irony if it were to happen...both Obummer and Snowden being awarded the same prize.

A court challenge by federal immigration agents seeking to block President Barack Obama’s deferred-deportation initiative will probably succeed, a judge said.
U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Dallas today put off his own decision on whether to grant the request for a preliminary injunction by 10 U.S. Immigration and Customs agents. He asked both sides to file additional arguments no later than May 6.
