$6 Mil is peanuts for what they did to the poor man.
Get it in front of a jury.

At the very least CNN should pay for a lifelong subscription to Lifelock for Zimmerman.
Since Lifelock is one of Rush’s Sponsors, he could make a new Commercial, “if Lifelock can protect George Zimmerman from Identity Theft, they can protect anyone”.

Wasn’t it ABC that deliberately covered the wounds on Zimmerman’s head when the video from the police station was first released? Sue them into the ground too. Another $500 mil. for that.

Whatever the final settlement, this SHOULD be enough to pay off his defense team Most likely the state of Florida will be paying for most, if not all of his defense since he was found not guilty.

Every dollar earned via advertising revenue for every newscast using the deliberately and misleadingly edited 911 call recording, with treble damages. That should be in the mid nine figures, imho.

It was not botched editing. Damn these people! They think this is is a trivial matter! An innocent man was falsely slandered. He deserves an on the air apology lasting 5 minutes, plus 50 million in damages.

I hope George Zimmerman becomes a very rich man. The shame is that there cannot be criminal prosecutions of some of these media people for what they have done.

A New York court, or a Florida court? A jury from NYC can’t even hold onto the right to drink a soda.

NBC didn’t help their cause today with the appearance of Al Sharptongue and Ben Crump and then announcing that the Zimmerman attorneys refused an invitation to appear.

I don't know if it's possible to determine that. I suppose a CAT scan or an MRI could show structural changes or blood clots or the like but I doubt that they could prove the fight caused them if found or that he's suffering any noticeable damage. Maybe if some neurological tests proved some loss of function of some kind.
He should just go for loss of livelihood, financial losses, emotional trauma and the lifelong damage to his reputation that they caused him. I think $500 mil would be getting off cheap for that.

Any settlement should include a proper feature on Zimmerman that runs prominently, so as to change the public's perception of Zimmerman to what it should be.

As part of Z’s lawsuit against msnbc, he should demand that msnbc pay whatever fines Holder’s justice department might come up with for civil rights violations.
