What will THAT solve if he leaves? First Zimmerman leaves, then Joe leaves, then Bill leaves, then Bob leaves, and pretty soon they’re coming for you and you have to leave.

Another poster stated (and I’m so sorry, I lost my place and I’m not sure who posted it) that we should protect Zimmerman the way we would protect the Constitution, as in doing so we are essentially protecting both.
So if GZ is somehow re-arrested, charged and incarcerated for .... something.... I’ll expect to see you leading the way to break him out. Is that it?
From a theorectical POV, I agree with you. But if I was GZ, after what I just went thru, you think I’d be sitting around hoping some Constitutional Cavalry would be coming to my rescue?

If we sent a tweet, email etc each time a lie is presented on the media and insist on a redaction we might see some changes
Media is lazy and have little time to do actual research The easy thing for them to do is just let the wheel squeak. We need to provide the oil to correct the problem.
