This particular neighborhood seems to be largely black, but England has a huge white welfare class as well. They call it the YOB culture [BOY spelled backwards]. It's a predictor of what will happen in America as the welfare state performs its magic.

The Latino rate in the US is about 53%. For non-Hispanic whites 30% and Asians 17%.

In Iceland 66% of births are out of wedlock. 55% in Sweden, 54% in Norway, 50% in France, 46% in Denmark.

In the UK the white rate of out of wedlock births is greater than the non-white rate.
