...“Six brave ladies did the right thing”

Maybe some here will re-consider some of the unkind things written about women jurors.
For that matter, women generally.”...

It has been said that women saved civilization during the Dark Ages through their determination to transmit it to the next generation. In a way, our nation is being threatened with the destruction of our own civilization through the corruption of our institutions. I believe those six brave women could possibly go down in history as making a landmark decision, in spite of unbelievable pressure from the most powerful among us to condemn an innocent man, which could bring about change in future attempts of the powerful to politicize race in this nation. At our core, we are about saving what is worth living for and that is truth which leads to peace for all people.

Indeed, tremendous pressure was brought on these jurors. In the end, the threat to riot was revealed as nothing more than an attempt to intimidate the jurors into ignoring the facts and the law and sending an innocent man to prison.
