My guess is much of the crime there is perpetuated by blacks. Their history since the 60’s,welfare, more welfare,bad role models,no parents, etc.generates what we have today. Near anarchy in the cities.

As a statistical matter, the violent crime is virtually “all” black-on-black in Baltimore. The real “racism” in this scenario is that the local lamestream media is entirely uninterested in covering it from the political or policy angle. It’s just a big ho-hum when “Trayvon” shoots “Trayvon.”
