There could be a risk of trying Zimmerman on Federal charges. The Hispanic community knows that Zimmerman was found not guilty at State Trial. The people also know that a lot of negative information about Martin was suppressed, and this is NOT going to happen in Federal Court. The perception is going to be that Black politicians and race baiting blowhards are manipulating the justice system to convict a Hispanic male who was just trying to stay alive. The trial would likely start in 2014, an election year, and there could be a backlash against the Democrats in Florida.
