MOM said in the presser that the state is going to have to pay much of their defense costs. Don’t know if that includes fees,but somehow I image the defebse attorneys will end up OK financially, as they should.
I bet the pucker factor went into overdrive when MOM stated the press was part of the blame to run with a story that was false.
