Great news and bad news. Zimmerman will be marked for as long as Obama’s in power. I’m glad he’s acquitted, but this is a long term fight for him and for race relations.

Yes, everyone who speculated that an all woman jury was bad news, owes all of these women an apology. Everyone who said how women will decide based on emotion and all that, owes these women jurors an apology.

AMEN, Old Sarge. The prosecution is making matters much worse now. Unbelievable they’d be stirring things up after the verdict like this. These prosecutors need to be brought before the bar.
A private citizen cannot be charged with a civil rights violation. This has been ruled by courts, several IIRC, and Zimmerman doesn't qualify for a civil rights suit. Also, Florida law prevents a civil suit(such as wrongful death)from being leveled against someone who was found no guilty in a murder trial. Every state should enact such a law.
