It’s Florida law but it’s an unfair law. He was charged with 2nd degree murder. He pled not guilty to 2nd degree murder. He was tried on 2nd degree murder. The jury took notes on 2nd degree murder. Then they’re told they can find him guilty of manslaughter if they believe he pulled the trigger.
If the prosecution can change the charges, Zimmerman should be able to change his story.
