I can’t remember the last time I equated something “bad for the US” with “bad for me & mine”; if the US has become a godless Obamocracy, then I don’t care much what happens to it.
The US is a better place because of Snowden (whatever his motives); Obama has lost credibility with the left.

And the phrase, "Bad for US government" MUST mean "good for US people."
Moreover, as a Godless, Commie/Fascist version of the USSR/Germany, 1938, how and why should there be any sense of patriotism to THAT nation which bears absolutely NO resemnlance to the Founders' America -- much less the USA of 1980.
