I was happy to hear that most either owned a gun or had a family member who owned a gun. One lady had a conceal and carry but gave it up when she gave up her gun.

BTW, does anyone know which was is the jury foreman?

I heard one of the trial observers, a "jury selection consultant," speculate that the foreman would be a woman in her 60s who was a retired real estate agent.

Even now that the trial is over, I don't know if anyone knows for sure who the foreman was. It was my impression that the woman who read the verdict was a bailiff or some other court official, not the foreman.

Curious as we are about who the jurors are, I hope Judge Nelson decides to allow the jurors to remain anonymous. Apparently she granted them anonymity through the end of the trial, but media organizations are clamoring for names.

Sadly, the jurors' lives will be destroyed if Judge Nelson lets their names become public.
