I think that’s been obvious since they retired early yesterday after skipping all their breaks during the trial. Something slowed them up.
They might have just elected the foreman and then gone home.
I should clear that up... I meant deadlocked. I think that got back there and discussed it and had a hold out, maybe 2 and then said “ok we’ll get evidence list and show you exactly what we mean...”
And I think they’ve been going through it to show or convince one or two...
All...and I mean ALL the evidence points to NG/self defense, so the longer they look at evidence the better. Again, I don’t think they are deliberating, I I think the majority are trying to prove the truth to a couple. So that’s why I think deadlock.... If crump has a plant (don’t know how) but it WILL come out hung for sure. If it’s just gullible flighty women holding out, the rest will hopefully bring them over from the dark side to see the light.
And wow, after I typed that, I see where that could be interpreted as racist.
