It is amazing how many people do not pay attention on these threads. Zimmerman cannot be charged with violating Martin's civil rights. He is a civilian and there fore cannot violate anyone's civil rights. Florida has a law that pre-empts any law suits if a not guilty verdict is found. Zimmerman may have to worry about getting shot or stabbed by some Amish but his trouble with the law is over. They might try to harass him but any decent judge will have to throw it out.
Much like the NSA cannot lawfully violate the 4th amendment, no?
