I suspect you’re right. I mean, what is the persecution going to do to even the odds on the next trial? Get a Doll Guy that looks like Brad Pitt instead of Kevin Costner? THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE. That won’t change for them. Maybe they’ll get a Julliard School drama coach? Think that’ll help?

Whereas the defense should get a different judge and have a whole lot more ammo to bring in the truth about St. Trayvon, the drugs, etc. They’ll refine the issues with that animation and push to have it admitted into evidence. They’ll have the time to dig on all those text messages. Etc, etc.
