I would hope a deputy would have more integrity than that. Are they having a working lunch? If they are not, they’re not supposed to talk about the trial, right?

That was my thought as well. When I was on juries here in California the only one we spoke to outside of the jury people was the Bailiff. That would be the only one who could possibly know.
