Yeah, its looking like they will convict him of manslaughter, which is the same as 2nd degree murder..he will die in prison

The State didn’t add it. In Florida, manslaughter is an automatic lesser-included charge to second-degree murder unless the State asks that it be excluded from the jury instructions. The Defense asked to have the manslaughter instructions stricken but the prosecution argued for it to be included.
