This sucks.....the longer it goes, the more convinced I am that they are going to compromise and go for manslaughter. They probably think it’s like 5 yrs. What happens after he’s found guilty....how long before he can appeal
The two who took the class will know about 10-20-Life.
Then again, they now know there is a civil lawsuit lawyer in the mix. They were not told about tort immunity in stand your ground.
(the real reason the plaintiff lawyers hate stand your ground. No insurance payouts)
