The State, in its close, took the position (do you agree with this, Governor Scott) that legal CCW = intent.

THAT is what this case is really all about.

that could be the la la land tangent. That by “having” self defense capapility that equals intent regardless how legal.

Perhaps the jury instruction and law needs to state that ccw man NOT be used to infer intent.
