I think it is judicial discretion with regards to it as well. It can be excluded by the judge.

But I think the blindside had more to do with the 3rd degree child abuse charge that the court was considering but then rejected.

Local news showing Trayvon crowd chanting, "No justice, no peace" at Zimmerman crowd. Also chanting "George is guilty."

Reporter said one Trayvon supporter escorted out by police after things got heated. Crowds are separated by fencing.
