“A grown man shooting down a child”........how many times did Guy refer to TM as a child in his close? I was optimistic that they would see through the secrets, lies, read between the lines, but that would have been a not guilty verdict within six hours or so. Instead, I am expecting the next jury question to be, “can we add child abuse to the charges.”
That should not have worked appealing to their emotions if the jury saw the Martin crime scene photo.
