WASHINGTON POST: OBAMA SHOWS ‘EXTRAORDINARY FAILURE OF LEADERSHIP’ ON SYRIA
The Blaze ^ | July 12, 2013 | Eddie Scarry

The Obama administration has faced criticism from both the left and right for its non-interventionist approach regarding the civil war in Syria. The Washington Post, which in the past editorialized that President Obama was “weak” on the issue, upped the ante Friday.

From the Post:

IT HAS been a month since the White House informed journalists that President Obama had decided to supply Syrian rebels with light arms. Since then, the regime has launched a bloody new offensive in the city of Homs, using heavy artillery and rockets to attack residential areas held by the rebels. …

Designed to raise trillions in fines, fees and enrollments.
That covers just about every one of his actions.

The problem seems to be that a lot of republicans and freepers are opposed to intervening in Syria. And they like the fact that Obama has been and is dragging his feet on intervening

Obviously, the NeoCon republicans like SoFloFreeper, South Forty, and John McCain are strong supporters of intervening. And they are willing to intervene unilaterally.

Some republicans and freepers are isolationists and side with Randy Paul and oppose intervening.

The Realist republicans are conflicted on the issue. Previously they were opposed to intervening but some have gradually changed their mind and now reluctantly support intervening. For example Corker(R) who has the GOP chair on the Senate Foreign Relations committee now supports intervening. But other Realists like Richard Lugar and Bob Gates oppose.

You have a similar situation in the dem party. The Liberal Interventionist dems want to intervene. The antiwar pacifist dems oppose intervening and the Realist dems are split on the issue.

You need to understand that Wash Post editorial board is controlled by NeoCon Republicans and Liberal Interventionist dems.

And remember how the neocons duped Bush into the trillion dollar Iraq invasion? With a lotta help from Rove?

Jeez, these guys are not quitters.....continuing an agenda meant to erase conservatives from the landscape. What stick-to-it-tiveness these tools of the neocons be. The pukeneos despise conservatives---they came-a-squattin' in the Repub party, and joyfully kicked conservatives to the curb.

BTW, you remember the neocons, don't you? GW Bush installed them in the Office of Special Ops where they connived (using our tax dollars) to get the US to invade Iraq. Puke-duped Bush actually believed the pukeneos when they said that would bring peace.

REALITY CHECK The Middle East is still in turmoil 10 years after the pukeneos duped Bush into invading Iraq. A horrendous foreign policy decision devised by the pukeneos on the backs of the 2300 killed on 9/11.

Let's be clear---Iraq's in the Mideast---a place the pukeneos said was "thirsting" for American-style democracy.

(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down)

Same place now known as a terrorist hellhole where trillions of US tax dollars were wasted and rivers of young blood were shed. <><> Where the blood-thirsty Muslim Brotherhood has a stranglehold. <><> Where the WSJ reported neocon godfather, Richard Perle, is starting an oil company with his war profiteering billions (your tax dollars at work).

It took the US about a decade to get out of Iraq....as the globe erupted into Mideast-centered terrorism.....and hate-filled Muslims set sail for America.

But not to worry---at the serene Four Seasons lounge, where the champagne flows, the Iraq War is still seen as a really, really good idea......and hatred for conservatives continues unabated.

Cheers.

=============================================

Mmmmm......sure would like to be a fly on the wall at the Four Seasons---where the puke elite meet downtrodden GOP'ers---- over chilled Cristal, imported room temp Brie and water crackers.

Rubio just hired a puke for his campaign team. Looks like there's gonna be A LOT MORE puke-invasions and land wars since the pukes duped Bush into invading Iran, now that the entire 100 million-strong Muslim world is aflame with hatred for the US, Americans, and Christians.

PIN THE TAIL ON THE COUNTRY THE US SHOULD INVADE NEXT--I guess the pukes will have to pin donkey tails on a Mideast map to decide which country they want the US to invade next (cackle).

====================================================================

REFERENCE On the eve of the US invasion of Iraq, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee heard testimony from Marine Corps Gen Anthony Zinni---and other millitary experts---that the architects of the Iraq invasion were totally ill-prepared for a post-combat occupation. The military experts ridiculed administration claims that rebuilding could be achieved within two years, that the weapons of mass destruction would be destroyed-------and that a vibrant new political and economic system would emerge.

AFTERMATH Ten years later, Iraq---and the rest of the Mideast---has yet to create a viable political and economic system....(a system the pukes knew was totally incompatible w/ archaic Islamicist thinking).

What sort of “leadership” is Obama supposed to show on Syria? Does the WshPost want him to arm Al Qaeda?

Syria is none of America’s business and there are no good guys in sight anyway. Leave the two sides to duke it out, and if Assad wins then at least the Christians will be safe.
