Hey those guys weren’t too bright on the days coverage of the crash. One time they said the aircraft was upside down.
If you've seen the video you can understand why there were some early reports of it being upside down.
It didn't miss flipping by much, it stood on it's nose and wingtip for an achingly long time. That it didn't beak into multiple pieces when it slammed back down is a tribute to the design and manufacture!
