Anyone have any experience with BOSE speakers for laptops? I need a good pair, USB connect, for Dad’s HP laptop:

I went to ebay and got pioneer usb speakers and it was the 2nd best buy I’ve ever made.....42 bucks soup to nuts

i think the best speakers for the money were the logitech z2300 speakers - though they replaced them with a new and inferior model

i bought some corsair speakers - their first attempt - and had rave reviews - they crapped out - got them replaced but in my opinion, the logitech sound better

Do they have to be USB?

I have some of these from Sam’s Club. They work well and cost less.

I have two BOSE radio/CD players and they sound very, very, very great.

Thinking about small speakers for the den, anchored to the beams - even the small speakers sound very true.
