After that we impose stronger workplace raids with provisions for compensated reporting. Cities that provide amnesty lose commensurate federal funds. Any illegal alien caught after the first years is permanently blacklisted and banned from America. The criminals will leave. It will be in their interest.
At the same time, we create a new Bracero program for farms.
