Egypt, Israel and the rest of the Middle East are just ignoring the USA because, for all intents and purposes, the USA is not there at all. Egypt and Israel and demonstrating an amazing amount of cooperation on the resurgent Egyptian Army and together, these two nations are...doing what Obama has refused to do... FIGHT TERROR! The Egyptians are kicking butt right now in the Sinai with the approval of the Israelis who have let them bring in Apaches to rake the Muhammadans to pieces. This is what Israel asked Egypt to do 10 years ago. Now the Egyptians have no choice.
