On Thursday, Public Policy Polling released its latest 2016 tracking poll of Iowa Republican voters. The results show a dramatic shift in Republican voter sentiment. Sen. Marco Rubio, who had led in previous surveys, has dropped to 5th place. Sen. Rand Paul now leads the pack in the critical first-caucus state.

The last election was not even a year ago.
I have serious doubts, Hillary will be the nominee even though many Democrats fawn over Hillary, that’s for certain. She really does have scandals around her and it will be other Democrats that will be after her about that in the primary process.

Being that he’s a politician, I don’t doubt that he really believes people will just forget his betrayal in a year or so.

Hillary is a hated and hateful woman . Even Dems despise her.
I agree. If she tries, the DNC will push her out, like last time.

He began as a supporter of amnesty. He only changed his tune to run for the Senate. After he won, he returned to his original stance. I’d say that shows where his real beliefs lie.

I can’t understand this. The state controlled “media” and the buffoons on Capitol Hill seem to think that the number one issue in America today surrendering to the invaders and rewarding them for their successful invasion with amnesty. Schumer’s favorite Republican, Marco Rubio, should already be packing to move into the White House in 2016. What’s going on?

Chris Christie has infinitely better name recognition than Ted Cruz; that matters enormously in early election polls.
The average Republican in Iowa may not even know who Cruz is. Most people don’t spend a lot of time on political blogs or forums.

Any poll that rates Ted Cruz behind RINO turds like Chris Christie and Jeb Bush cannot be trusted.
At this stage, they're more name recognition polls than indicative of support.

The left has infiltrated he Republican party. It's a tried and true tactic of theirs, which has worked well in other institutions, such as academia, the media, and most recently, the military and the “Christian” church. So there's every reason to think that they would try it on the ostensible “opposition” party. The GOP made it easy for them by moving left to “meet in the middle of the aisle”, and by harboring so-called “moderates” and “centrists” in the party, while at the same time ostracizing true conservatives. That left plenty of room for leftists-wolves in sheep's clothing-to infiltrate their way into the party.

At this stage, they're more name recognition polls than indicative of support. That could explain why Crazy Joe Biden fared so well.

LOL! Name recognition. You RINO libs are really into that. We had name recognition running for Senate here in Florida. Maybe you’ve heard of him — Connie Mack, IV? He got smoked by the lib dem. But then, libs like nothing more than to have their big name middling socialist lib to run against their communist lib and get completely burned. With either one, you libs don’t lose.
