Someone up thread from Florida said that if Mr. Zimmerman is found innocent there can be NO wrongful death charges. As for the civil rights violations: Hispanic on Black or Black on Hispanic...which is it? Either one has a case.

I am not sure that the Feds can pursue a civil rights violation against Mr. Zimmerman since he is not a “state actor” - that is a government official.
