Yeah, Mr. Zimmerman should have been aware that the over 6 ft. tall, 220+ pound man straddling him and beating the **** out of him, was a child.
I have no doubt in my mind that this is a VERY obvious case of self defense. But, poor Mr. Z has gotten himself entangled with the "racialists" of this country and he is going to have to pay for white people's sins.
This case has "appeal" written all over it; just for the judge's actions alone; but, why should he have to go through this simply because the state of FL is trying to avoid riots in the black communties.
The CASE in the larger Scope of things may not be what’s the most Important matter at stake here.
If we are NOT a Nation of Law....which apparently we are NOT at the moment..all HELL can and likely will break loose Nationwide.
