Hypothetically, if the jury were to convict, could the verdict be tossed (or the case be re-visited) due to judge favoritism and/or malfeasance?

Assuming those further up the chain aren't biased or strong-armed.

The closer you get to Eric Witholder, the more intense the pressure is going to be. Those people won't rest until Zimmerman is dead.
