There are no federal statutes to try Zimmerman under. He is not a government employee so civil rights violations do not come into play.

I don't doubt you're right, MrEdd, but when was the last time you saw Eric the Red renstrained by mere law?

However, I am sure it wouldn’t take this bunch long to come up with a ‘new’ solution to get him into Federal Court.

Of course, I guess they would be just as happy to get him into the ‘GenPop’ of the local lockup BUT would imagine the “Latinos and Aryans would take on the ‘Brothers’ if it came to that”.

That may be an interesting and the best way to settle this.
