I hope you’re wrong, too, but to get “manslaughter” they have to show malice for voluntary manslaughter and they have to show recklessness for negligent manslaughter.

I don’t think they’ve proven malice in any way.

Their witnesses don’t show any kind of stalking style, repeated harassment type of following, so I don’t see anything that’s reckless.

So far as the round already chambered, I understand that to be part of the type of pistol Zimmerman had. But, how do you say it’s important that you have a traditional safetyon your pistol and in the on position prior to getting your head beat in?

Is it illegal to get your head beat in with your safety off???

The fact that the Jury is made up of all women has me concerned that they will think he ‘overreacted’ and didn’t have to shoot him.

The jurors won’t understand the intricacies of the law and are likely to reach an unjust decision because they were selected supposedly on the basis that they had never heard of the case to begin with. People in FL blindly think they have no problem with their who judicial system. I
